The doctor was amazing I have never had such a thorough eye exam she spent time explaining everything to me and wrote down things I should be doing to keep my eyes healthy. The rest of the staff was amazing also from helping me to pick out frames to ordering and measuring for my glasses and the turn around for my new glasses was around 2 weeks . They also optimized my cost with my insurance so that I got the most out of my benefits. What an easy rewarding experience

I had a great experience as a new patient here.  Dr. Brantley and his group came very highly recommended by other medical professionals and friends.  Everyone I interacted with was extremely pleasant (from the front desk to the techs and assistants).  They really seem to enjoy what they do.  I do have high myopia and I had questions and concerns.  I felt like my concerns were listened to and I never felt rushed during the exam.  Also, Ellie helped me with my glasses and was very sweet.  I already told my husband to switch here when it's time for his eye exam/new glasses.

Dr. Serna and staff were very warm and welcoming.  Dr. Serna's nurse explained everything that was being tested.  Dr. Serna was friendly and professional.  She welcomed all of my questions and answered them so I could understand.  Kim was a pleasure to work with while picking out frames and deciding on what was the right combo for my glasses.  All in all a GREAT experience!  I definitely recommend Lone Star Vision!

All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain things, and to answer all my questions. I am very confident that this group is very knowledgeable in their field. Even the picking out and fitting of eyeglasses was done with much expertise. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service. Me and my wife had an appointment with Dr Lundeen. The staff greeted us and were very professional while doing the exams required for the visit. I have been to several optometrist offices in the past and this will be the only one I will use going forward. They have made me a lifelong fan. I was so impressed with Lone Star Vision. This was my first visit since moving to Prosper. I’ve never had previous doctors take the time to explain and walk me through what they were doing and looking for like Lone Star. All the staff was super kind and friendly!
